Forrest Shearer's smoothie bowl
Ingredients
- 16 ounces almond milk (preferably homemade!) or coconut milk beverage (non-dairy)
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon HANAH ONE
- 1 Sambazon pure unsweetened superfruit pack
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Optional toppings
- Coconut slivers
- Banana slices
- Additional berries
- Boulder Granola
- Almond butter
- Bee Pollen
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend.
- Pour into bowl and add any or all of the optional toppings.
- Enjoy!
