Lemon Chicken with Vechur Ghee

Delight in a savory chicken thigh recipe baked to perfection with the rich goodness of HANAH Vechur Ghee and finished with a zesty kick of lemon. Packed with protein and healthy fats, this dish is a flavor-packed, nutritious masterpiece.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 3 tablespoons Vechur Ghee
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine lemon juice, Vechur Ghee, crushed garlic, salt, lemon zest, and rosemary.
  4. Stir over medium heat until everything is well combined and garlic is cooked.
  5. Pour the mixture over the thighs and bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot.
